Great Italian, Great Staff and a Great Atmosphere! This is one of the newest restaurants in Barrington and if you know Italian, you'll love this place. Nice wine selection. Start out with the Fantastic Calamari Fritti and the great Rissoto con Porcini. Order up the Salmone all Fresca, finish up with Tiramusa to die for (the best in the Northwest Suburbs) and leave with a smile! (Honestly, we did not want to list this one because we don't want anybody to know about it! Located in Cook St. Plaza with convenient underground heated parking during the winter months.)

This is one of the most unique restaurants in Chicagoland. The owner, a South Barrington developer moved and restored the barns that were located on the South Barrington farm land he developed. Great atmosphere, three banquet rooms, outdoor seating, roaring fireplaces and one of the largest bars in Barrington that we've seen. It's an enormous restaurant and could actually be listed as a tourist attraction.
