Do You Choose a Real Estate Brokerage or a Real Estate Broker?
Do you just choose a Chicago real estate brokerage because they advertise that they sell the most Chicago Real Estate? That really does not mean too much if they have the most real estate agents. Do you choose a Chicago real estate brokerage because they have the most expensive TV commercials advertising their company? That certainly is not going to sell your Chicago real estate.
Is your hard earned money paying for advertising your home or is the real estate brokerage using your money to advertise their real estate brokerage?
If the real estate brokerage logo is larger then your listing in advertising, then you should be able to easily figure that one out.
The reality is, the success of the sale of your home is more dependent on the individual listing your home for sale... not the real estate brokerage.
