Viewing All Chicago Real Estate For Sale on the MLS
Obviously you are here for information on buying Chicago real estate and a very important part of that is to be able to easily view homes or condominiums for sale. You may feel uncomfortable registering to view homes for sale on the MLS and quite honestly, we feel uncomfortable having to require you to register to view all homes for sale but it is a requirement by the Mulitiple Listing Service of Northern Illinois.
IF a Chicago real estate brokerage or Chicago real estate agent is going to offer a complete search for Chicago real estate listed on the MLS, You must register.
IF a Barrington real estate Brokerage or Chicago REALTOR does not require you to register to view Chicago Real Estate for sale including Barrington real estate, They are:
- Either NOT SHOWING EVERYTHING Available or
- In Violation of the MLS rules.
Why is Everything Not Being Shown? Some Chicago Real Estate Companies or Real Estate Agents in Chicagoland do not openly participate and list all of their Chicago homes or condominiums available for sale for open viewing on the internet. In order to view these homes, the only alternative is to provide the mandatory registration search. In our opinion, it's more important to offer visitors all of the Chicago real estate available for sale in the MLS.
That's the rules, so if you think you are going to see everything available for sale on a Real Estate Brokerage or Chicago Real Estate agents website without registering, you won't.
When you fill out our Registration form, there are options to choose. Once inside our system, you can select properties that you would like to make an appointment to view.
